1. General Provisions

1.1 – BIGGG Sports promotional offers — such as bonuses, enhanced odds, Free Bets, or Bet Boosts — are made available to eligible players either directly on-site or through approved communication channels (e.g., email, SMS, or in-account notifications).

1.2 – To receive promotional communications, players must have marketing notifications enabled within their BIGGG account. Each promotional offer is strictly personal and non-transferable.

1.3 – All BIGGG Sports promotions are time-limited. Once an offer’s validity period expires, any unused bonus or Free Bet will be forfeited.

1.4 – BIGGG Sports promotions are intended exclusively for recreational betting use. BIGGG reserves the right to restrict participation, eligibility, or future bonuses if activity patterns indicate abuse, syndicate play, or professional betting.

1.5 – BIGGG may withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, Free Bet, or related winnings if fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative behavior is suspected.

1.6 – Cashed-out or voided bets do not contribute toward wagering or qualification unless expressly stated.

1.7 – Unless otherwise specified, qualifying bets must have minimum odds of 1.80 to count toward any sports promotion.

1.8 – All BIGGG accounts are limited to one offer per person, household, IP address, or payment method. Multiple accounts or shared-device use may result in disqualification from promotions.

1.9 – BIGGG reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at its discretion and without prior notice.

1.10 – Individual promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Only one bonus may be active at a time.

1.11 – These terms are governed by and read in conjunction with BIGGG’s General Terms and Conditions.

2. Sports Welcome Offer

2.1 – The Sports Welcome Offer provides a 100% matched deposit bonus up to €100

2.2 – Each selection in the qualifying combo must have minimum odds of 1.20, with a total combined minimum of 3.00.

2.3 – Bonus funds and the initial deposit must be wagered six (6) times on bets at odds of 1.40 or higher to convert into Real Money.

2.4 – BIGGG reserves the right to amend or terminate the Welcome Offer at any time.

3. Sports Deposit Bonus

3.1 – The Sports Deposit Bonus is available only to users who meet eligibility requirements defined in each specific campaign.

3.2 – The bonus amount is credited as a percentage of the deposit, up to a defined maximum limit stated in the offer.

3.3 – Both the deposit and the bonus amount must be wagered according to the Sports Bonus Wagering requirements before withdrawal.

3.4 – Unless otherwise specified, all Sports Deposit Bonuses and associated winnings expire 30 days after activation.

3.5 – Unused or expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
Bonuses cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

3.6 – BIGGG may alter or discontinue any deposit-based bonus campaign at its discretion.

4. Sports Bonus Money

4.1 – Sports Bonus Money is awarded when players meet qualifying criteria set by BIGGG Sports — for example, completing specific wagers or making eligible deposits.

4.2 – Qualifying bets may include restrictions on bet type, event category, or odds threshold, which will be stated in the offer terms.

4.3 – Once requirements are met, the Sports Bonus Money will be credited and may be used on pre-live or live betting markets, as outlined per promotion.

4.4 – Sports Bonus Money must be wagered 6x (deposit + bonus) at minimum odds of 1.80, unless a different rate is specified.

4.5 – Sports Bonus Money expires after 30 days from crediting if not fully wagered.

4.6 – BIGGG reserves the right to remove or withhold Sports Bonus Money if an account is found to have engaged in bonus misuse or irregular betting patterns.

5. Free Bets

5.1 – Free Bets are indivisible and must be used in full on a single bet unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 – Winnings from Free Bets are credited exclusive of the stake.
Example: a €10 Free Bet at odds 3.00 returns €20 in Real Money.

5.3 – Free Bets expire seven (7) days after being issued, unless otherwise specified.

5.4 – Free Bets are non-withdrawable and cannot be cashed out.

5.5 – Free Bets placed on voided markets will not be settled as winners, and the Free Bet will not be reinstated unless stated in specific campaign rules.

5.6 – BIGGG reserves the right to remove Free Bets and related winnings if an account is found to breach promotional or general terms.

6. Bet & Get Promotions

6.1 – A “Bet & Get” promotion requires placing a qualifying bet on specific sports, events, or markets using real money.

6.2 – Qualifying bets must meet the campaign’s requirements for minimum odds, bet type, and product (e.g., single, combo, or system).

6.3 – Cashed-out or voided bets do not count toward qualification.

6.4 – Free Bets earned via Bet & Get promotions are credited within 24 hours of the qualifying wager.

6.5 – Free Bets from these campaigns follow the same expiry and usage rules listed in Section 5.

6.6 – BIGGG reserves the right to exclude, cancel, or withdraw Bet & Get bonuses if abuse or manipulation is detected.

7. Risk-Free Bets

7.1 – A Risk-Free Bet allows players to place a wager using Real Money and receive a refund (up to the stated limit) as Sports Bonus Money if the bet loses.

7.2 – The refund amount and eligible markets will be clearly stated in each campaign.

7.3 – Standard rollover requirements of 6x apply to refunded bonus funds before withdrawal.

7.4 – If the original bet wins, only the net winnings are credited. If the bet loses, the refund is applied as Sports Bonus Money.

7.5 – Risk-Free Bet refunds are non-withdrawable until rollover is completed.

7.6 – BIGGG reserves the right to revoke or deny refunds if promotion misuse or term breaches are identified.

8. Bet Boosts

8.1 – A Bet Boost enhances the potential winnings of qualifying bets by a fixed or percentage amount, as defined in the offer.

8.2 – Bet Boosts apply only to real-money bets placed on preselected sports or events.

8.3 – Boosted winnings are calculated on net profit only, excluding the stake.

8.4 – Cashed-out bets are ineligible for Bet Boost payouts.

8.5 – Unless otherwise stated, the maximum additional payout per Bet Boost is capped at €1,000.

8.6 – BIGGG may amend or remove Bet Boost campaigns at its discretion if misuse or irregular activity is detected.
