The Quick Version

Before diving into the details, here’s what matters most:

• Wagering requirement: 35× your bonus amount before you can withdraw.
• Max bet with bonus money: €5 per spin.
• Bonus expiry: 60 days from the date it’s credited.
• Offer expiry: Claim deposit bonuses within 24 hours (except the Welcome Bonus).
• Currency & bonus order: Your real money is always used first, then bonus money.

1. One Bonus Per Person

All bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, or IP address unless the specific promotion says otherwise.

2. Forfeiting a Bonus

You can forfeit (give up) your active bonus at any time. If you do, any remaining real money in your account stays yours and can be withdrawn.

3. How Wagering Requirements Work

Every casino bonus comes with a 35× wagering requirement unless the promotion states a different number. This means you need to wager 35 times the bonus amount before it converts into withdrawable cash.

Example: You receive a €10 bonus → you need to place €350 in qualifying bonus-money bets before you can withdraw the winnings.

4. Real Money vs. Bonus Money

Your balance is split into two pots, and they’re always used in this order:

1. Real money — spent first.
2. Bonus money — spent once your real money runs out.

A few important details:

• Only the bonus money portion of a bet counts toward clearing your wagering requirement, up to a maximum of €5 per bet.
• Bets placed entirely with real money generate real money winnings.
• Bets that include any bonus money generate bonus money winnings.

Example: You place a €3 bet made up of €1 real money and €2 bonus money. Only the €2 bonus portion reduces your wagering requirement.

5. Negligible Bonus Balance

If your bonus balance drops below €0.05, it will be automatically forfeited.

6. Maximum Bet While Wagering

While you have an active bonus with uncompleted wagering requirements, the maximum bet is €5 per spin. Bets exceeding this limit may be voided along with any resulting winnings.

7. Game Contributions to Wagering

Not all games count equally toward your wagering requirement:

Example: A €5 bonus-money bet on a slot clears €5 of wagering. The same bet on a live blackjack table clears only €2.50.

Some games are excluded from bonus play entirely. You’ll see an error message if you try to open or bet on an excluded game with bonus money.

8. Claiming and Expiry Deadlines

To claim a reward, log in to BIGGG.com and visit My Rewards. Unclaimed or unused bonuses may be forfeited after the deadlines above.

9. Maximum Win Conversion

Every bonus type has a maximum amount you can win from it. Any winnings above these limits will be removed once wagering requirements are met and the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

10. Bonus Money Expiration

Bonus money that hasn’t been used within 60 days of being awarded may be removed from your account.

11. Risk Hedging Is Not Allowed

Placing opposing bets to minimise risk — for example, betting on both red and black in the same roulette spin — does not count toward any promotion, wagering requirement, or points accumulation. Players found using these tactics may have their bonuses, prizes, and related winnings removed.

12. Free Spins Wagering

Winnings from free spins carry a 35× wagering requirement on the winning amount, unless the specific free spins promotion states otherwise.

Example: You win €2 from free spins → you need to wager €70 in bonus-money bets before you can withdraw those winnings.

13. Free Spins Game Allocation

Free spins from the Welcome Bonus, the Level Mini Slot, or any other promotion are assigned to a game chosen by BIGGG Casino. You cannot transfer them to a different game.

14. Bonus Features Started During a Bonus

If you trigger a “free spins” or “bonus” feature inside a game while using bonus funds, but the bonus expires, is lost, or is forfeited before the feature finishes, any winnings from that feature will be removed.

15. Games That Save Progress

Using bonus money primarily to advance through the bonus stages of progress-saving games (such as Scrooge, Devil’s Delight, Champion of the Track, Castle Builder, and Robin Hood) is prohibited. Winnings earned this way may be voided.

17. The Progress Bar

Place bets of at least €0.20 (real or bonus money) to advance the Progress Bar. Filling it awards you free spins. Winnings from those free spins are treated as bonus money and are subject to the standard 35× wagering requirement.

18. Level-Ups

When you advance a level through normal gameplay, you earn a free level-up that becomes available the next day.

Key points:

• Only one “next day level-up” is awarded per day, even if you advance multiple levels in a single day.
• Claiming a next-day level-up does not trigger another one the following day.
• Next-day level-ups can only be earned through gameplay.

19. Cashback (Reward Chip)

Cashback is calculated as a percentage of your net real money losses only. Bets made with bonus money do not count.

Cashback is only credited to open, active accounts.

20. Loyalty Cashback (Weekly)

Loyalty cashback is a weekly benefit based on your overall net losses across both real money and bonus money activity.

Loyalty cashback is only credited to open, active accounts.

Loyalty Cashback is calculated as follows: (Real money bets + bonus bets) − (real money wins + bonus wins) − bonuses granted − jackpot contributions + (bonuses forfeited, auto-forfeited, or expired).

21. Buy Free Spins Bundles

You can purchase free spins bundles from My Rewards using your real money balance.

All purchases are recorded in your Transaction History. Availability may vary based on current offers. Standard bonus expiry and wagering terms apply unless the Reward Card states otherwise.

22. General Terms
