Jackpot Terms & Conditions

1. About the Jackpot

1.1 The Jackpot is an optional prize feature that runs alongside selected games on our platform.

1.2 It has three prize levels. Each level begins at a set amount and keeps rising with every qualifying spin until somebody wins it:

• Major: starts at €400
• Minor: starts at €100
• Mini: starts at €20

1.3 We pick the games that carry the Jackpot and may add or remove games whenever we choose.

1.4 We may also adjust the starting amounts, how much each spin adds to the prize pools, and the number or type of prize levels.

2. Who Can Join

2.1 Any player with a registered and verified account may join, unless the Jackpot is not offered in their country or region.

2.2 To join, switch the Jackpot on in the lobby or inside a game before you spin. Opt-in will remain until you opt out.

2.3 We may limit or withdraw the Jackpot for particular currencies, markets or groups of players.

3. The Side Bet

3.1 Every entered spin carries a side bet of €0.10 (or the same value in your currency), on top of your normal stake.

3.2 Both the stake and the side bet must be paid from real money. Bonus money cannot be used for the Jackpot.

3.3 If you don’t have enough real money to pay both the stake and the €0.10 side bet, the spin goes ahead as a normal game, without the Jackpot, and no side bet is charged.

3.4 Whether a spin is entered is decided at the moment you place it.

4. How Prizes Are Won

4.1 Prizes are awarded at random. The outcome of your game does not affect your chance of winning.

4.2 Only spins that met all the conditions in section 3 can win a prize.

5. How Prizes Are Paid

5.1 All prize pools are tracked and calculated in euros.

5.2 If your winning spin was in a different currency, we convert your prize into that currency using our exchange rate provider’s rate at the time of the spin. The converted figure cannot be changed afterwards.

5.3 Prizes are paid out as rewards to your account and are claimable under “My Rewards”, unless we state otherwise.

5.4 We may carry out identity, regulatory and fraud checks before or after paying any prize.

6. Displayed Amounts and Your Balance

6.1 Prize amounts on screen refresh often but can run a little behind. The figure you see is a guide, and the actual prize may differ slightly.

6.2 The balance shown inside a game may also lag. Your true balance is the one held in our central wallet, and any difference will be fixed automatically in line with that record.

6.3 Where any displayed figure differs from our system records, our records apply.

7. Errors and Cancelled Rounds

7.1 If a game round fails or is cancelled, your normal stake may be returned under our usual procedures. The side bet is processed separately and is not returned.

7.2 A Jackpot prize won during a round that is later cancelled still stands and will be paid. Prizes are decided and stored by the Jackpot system, independently of the game.

7.3 Where a technical fault occurs, any bets and Jackpots affected by it are void.

8. Safer Gambling

8.1 You never have to join the Jackpot to play any game.

8.2 Any limits on your account, such as deposit, loss or stake limits, are measured in euro value, whichever currency you play in.

8.3 Please play within your means.

9. Changes and Other Terms

9.1 We may change, pause or close the Jackpot at any time, as allowed by the regulations that apply to us.

9.2 These rules sit alongside our General Terms of Service, and both apply together.
