We offer tools and tips to help you stay in control of your play, plus resources if things ever feel like they’re going too far.

Personal Limits

You’re in control. In your account settings, under Limits, you can set:

• Time limits: Automatically log out after a set time.
• Loss limits: Stop playing once you’ve lost a chosen amount.
• Deposit limits: Cap how much you can deposit.
• Wagering limits: Limit how much you can bet over time.

Limits can be set daily, weekly, or monthly. Making limits stricter takes effect right away. Making them looser has a 24-hour delay.

Taking a Break (Self-Exclusion)

If you need a break from gambling, you can take one using our self-exclusion tool.

• In your account: Go to Limits and select a break length.
• Via Support: Reach out via Live Chat or Customer Support.

Breaks start right away when done via your account. If requested through Support, you’ll get a confirmation when it’s active.

Once your break ends, your account will reopen automatically, and we’ll send info to help you stay on track.

Note: Changing or ending an exclusion early is subject to a cooling-off period and, in some cases, our approval.

During your break:

• You won’t get marketing emails.
• You can still withdraw funds by contacting Support.

Protecting Minors

We don’t allow underage gambling — full stop.

We encourage parents to use content filters like Net Nanny or CyberPatrol to block gambling content at home. Keep devices and login details secure. Never share passwords or payment info.

If you suspect underage gambling, please let us know via Support.
