NFL — Week 1 Delivers a Full Slate
The 2026 NFL season is already underway. This year's Kickoff Game was moved to Wednesday for the first time in league history to avoid clashing with Thursday's International Series opener — the Seattle Seahawks edged the New England Patriots 13-10 in that early curtain-raiser. Thursday then saw the San Francisco 49ers thump the Los Angeles Rams 27-7 in Melbourne, Australia, in front of a sold-out international crowd.
The bulk of Week 1 unfolds this Sunday with a 13-game slate. The early window features Buffalo Bills at Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens at Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints at Detroit Lions and Cleveland Browns at Jacksonville Jaguars among others, before the afternoon window brings Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings and Miami Dolphins at Las Vegas Raiders. Sunday Night Football closes out the day with Dallas Cowboys at New York Giants, before Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs wraps up the opening week on Monday Night Football.
With every team fresh off a full offseason and Week 1 notoriously unpredictable against the spread, this is the weekend that sets the tone for the entire NFL betting season.
Sunday, 13 September: Full 13-game slate from 19:00 CEST (early window) · Sunday Night Football: Cowboys at Giants, 02:20 CEST (Monday)
Monday, 14 September: Broncos at Chiefs, 02:15 CEST (Tuesday)
